Get Rid Of Acne Fast

If applied directly to the skin it can cause redness and irritation.  don’t apply a benzoyl peroxide product until you know how your skin responds to the tea tree oil. As with any skincare routine, protect your skin every morning with a sunscreen cream

How to use tea tree oil.

Combine one part tea tree oil with water, Dip a cotton swab into the mixture and apply it directly to pimples. Repeat this process one to two times per day, as needed.

  2. Apply Green Tea

Apart from drinking green tea, it can also be helpful when applied directly to the skin. Green tea contains flavonoids and tannins, which are known to help fight inflammation and bacteria that may cause pimples. green tea is also high in the antioxidant epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which has been shown to fight inflammation, reduce sebum production and inhibit the growth of P. acnes in people with acne-prone skin.

How to Use Green Tea for Acn

1. Steep green tea in boiling water for 3–4 minutes. Allow the tea to cool.

2. Apply it to your face with a cotton ball or spritz it on using a spray bottle.

3. Leave it on for 10 minutes or overnight, and then rinse your face with water.

4. Apply 1–2 times per day, as needed. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

The clear gel inside of aloe vera leaves is used topical to soothe skin that has been burned or irritated, and some people use it to treat acne, when applied to the skin, aloe vera gel has been shown to help fight bacteria, reduce inflammation and promote wound healing. The antibacterial qualities of aloe are probably what make it effective for topical use to treat acne.

How to Use Aloe Vera Gel for Acne

  • Scrape the gel out of the aloe leaves with a spoon.
  • Apply gel to the skin at the same time as other acne treatments. You may want to try mixing it with your other treatment, and then apply this to your skin. Or, you can apply the other acne treatment first, with the aloe gel over top.
  • Repeat 1–2 times per day, or as desired.

      4. Take a Zinc Supplement

Zinc is an essential nutrient that’s important for cell growth, hormone production, metabolism, and immune function. It is also one of the most studied natural treatments for acne. Research shows that people with acne tend to have lower levels of zinc in their blood than those with clear skin. The recommended safe upper limit of zinc is 40 mg per day, so it is probably best to not exceed that amount unless under the supervision of a medical doctor. Taking too much zinc may cause adverse effects, including stomach pain and gut irritation.

How to Make a Honey and Cinnamon Mask

You’ll need three tablespoons of manuka honey and one tablespoon of true cinnamon to make this mask. Simply mix together the two ingredients, microwave for 30 seconds, make sure it’s not too hot, and then paint the mixture on your face. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse off and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
